Obtain the wedding packages for each venue. Research the inclusions and exclusions of each package. Put together an excel spread sheet of all the venues, listing the price of a cocktail package, buffet package, 2 course meal, beverage package, room hire. Also add a column for: wedding coordinator, and if wedding decorations included in the price. Also include the minimum numbers the venue requires, as well as maximum seating requirements. (a spread sheet like this is very helpful to you, as when a client comes to you, you will be able to see at a snapshot which venues will fit into their budget requirements, and guest number requirements.)
