Reception decoration and styling: Wedding lighting

Wedding lighting is so important in planning a wedding- and unfortunately, it is often overlooked.

Most brides’ idea of ‘lighting’ is candles.

Candles can look amazing at a wedding, however, there are many other types of lighting that can be used to really transform an ordinary wedding into something spectacular!

As a wedding planner it is important that you think about lighting. You will need to analyze what type of lighting is already at the venue (Down-lights? Floor lights? Is there a Dimmer?) and what type of lighting will have to be hired in.
